Mind & Words

We have been raised to believe that we are our minds, and we are what we think. But our minds are just another part of our experience in life.
Once we are shifting our attention back to the present moment  we become more focused, relaxed, self-aware, and self-compassionate.  In order to observe our mind's activities we can practise mindful meditation. And once we are mindful, we are fully engaged with life around us.

Through presence we are able to connect to our intuitive self and we are capable to listen to the whisper of our heart. The words which arise from this place are usually connected to the source of our own vitallity and creativity. They are authentic, and not inhibited or restricted. It is the place of attunement, trust, autonomy, focus and clarity.
Once we embrace ourself with more compassion our conversation with others will be filled with more empathy, flowing and free spirited.
