FREE  Lunch- time classes

Tuesdays, 1:15- 2:15 pm

 

'Relaxation & Mindful Meditation'

 

Having problems sleeping? Experiencing anxiety, stress or tension in your body? These classes combine relaxation techniques including gentle movements, breathing awareness and meditation, which will allow you to de-stress and learn how to relax in all aspects of your life. All movement is conducted in a seated position.

The class welcomes all age groups and abilities so please feel free to come along and give it a try!

Pregnancy and Post Natal Classes

Tuesdays, 5:30 - 6:30 pm

 

During pregnancy, your body goes through so many incredible changes, the centre of balance shifts, and the joint elasticity is affected. But also your mind is affected with all the new adjustments in your life. Using techniques of 'Awareness through movement', Yoga and Meditation this class aims to make your pregnancy smooth, relaxed and peaceful in all aspects of your daily life.
