Mindfull touch

Taster workshop - English & German spoken in Berlin

In our vast growing technology and media world people are starting to lose contact with each other and with themselves. Illnesses resulting from loneliness, isolation and lack of body contact are rapidly growing, such as depression, heart diseases, body stiffness just to name a few.  

New studies from the neuroscience world has proven that body contact releases happiness hormones and mobilises strength, enhancing the immune system to work better, slows down the heart beat and even works as a pain killer.

Mindfull touch is a workshop where you can feel the freedom and joy of body contact, touch and movement. In a safe and protected supervised environment we are learning how to gently open up to each other, jet enjoy the freedom of anonymity of each participant. We are using exercises from contact improvisation, gentle movements, awarness through movement and body energies.

Enabeling that all cultures can benefit from this course, we are guiding this course in both languages.
